This avid motorcyclist works in the professional motorcycle racing industry, and has access to motorcycles similar or identical to that described in this case. He was also a track coach for 6 years during his tenure at Pro-Motion and Sportbike Track Time.

This expert has coached gymnastics from beginner level through international level since 1969.

This highly qualified expert is double board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. He earned his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, did his residency in Rehabilitation Medicine, and completed his Fellowship in Sports & Spine Rehabilitation. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and has been an invited Lecturer and Presenter for numerous professional conferences and organizations. He has received numerous Awards and Honors for his performance as both an Academic and a Clinician, and is an accomplished Author of publications that include Peer-reviewed Journal Articles and a chapter in a scholarly textbook. He is currently an attending Physician and Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine at a top-ranking Medical Center.

This expert currently serves as Professor / Chair of Health & Physical Education at a SUNY institution. Prior to this role he was the Fitness & Aquatics Director and Head Men's Lacrosse at SUNY. This expert is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) by the National Recreation and Park Association. He is a voting and attending member of the Sports Equipment, Playing Surfaces, and Facilities committee with American Society for Testing and Materials International (ASTM). He specializes in Risk Management Programs for various types of sports, recreation and fitness activities as well as the preparation of expert opinions for both plaintiff and defendants, in conjunction with recreation and sport personal injury cases.
