This extremely qualified expert has been involved with the game of football for over 50 years. He holds a Ph.D. in Counseling and Sports Psychology from Florida State University, where he also completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Sports Psychology. He has been an active member of the American Football Coaches Association for over 40 years and completed a Governor-appointed six year term on the Board of Directors of the Florida Sports Foundation. He coached football for 15 seasons at West Chester State College, the University of Maryland, the University of Connecticut, and The Citadel, while he also served as the Athletic Director for Liberty University, a Division I university. He taught Sport Administration at Florida State University Law School for 25 years and has authored 100+ articles and four books. Currently, this expert is a Managing Partner at a financial consultancy, as well as the President of a firm that advocates and provides contract advisory services for coaches and athletic directors.

This expert earned his BS in Kinesiology from Colorado State University and his MS in Exercise Science from the University of Central Missouri. 19 of his 23 years spent as a football coach have been at the college level, where he has held several assistant coaching positions and administrative roles in the athletic department. The expert is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Currently, he is the head football coach at a Division III college in Tennessee.

He has managed Yankee Stadium, Giants Stadium, ESPN Wide World of Sports (where he was their first General Manager), and Cleveland Browns Stadium, whose opening he oversaw in 1999. At each of these venues, he was responsible for all aspects of operations and administration. He currently owns a consulting business where one of his major projects was working with the New York Football Giants, the New York Jets, and the New Meadowlands Stadium Company on the privately financed $1.7 billion MetLife Stadium. This expert is a past president of the Stadium Managers Association, whose members include facility managers from the NFL, MLB, MLS, CFL, motor speedways, colleges and universities, and several international facilities. He has been hired as an expert witness on many law suits involving sports and entertainment venues.

This expert has been involved with Motocross for over 35 years and has organized hundreds of races. He began working in sales for Yamaha in Grenoble, France. After moving to the US, he started Desert Only Travel which was the first major motorcycle touring and special event production company. He created and produced numerous motocross races over the years, including Endurocross which was introduced to the X Games in 2011. He is currently a Consultant and Producer for numerous motocross racing events working with Red Bull, the X Games, Monster Energy, Fox Racing and many other motocross event sponsors.

This expert has extensive experience with youth recreation, safety, and sports programs in the United States. He earned his Ph.D. in Parks, Recreation and Tourism at the University of Utah following an M.S. in Sports Medicine & Movement Studies and Disabilities at Oregon State University and a Bachelor's of Physical Education in Athletic Training & Special Education from Brock University. The expert is a member of the National Recreation and Park Association, the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association, and the United States Soccer Federation. In addition, he served as Associate Editor of The Journal of Youth Sport. He has authored 20+ peer-reviewed publications related to his field. He has served in multiple research, program director, and instructor positions in both the public and private sectors. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Parks Recreation and Tourism Management at a major research university in South Carolina.

This expert is a sport scientist, trained in exercise physiology and bio-mechanics. He recently served as the National Director of Education for the National Strength and Conditioning Association in Colorado Springs, CO. He has served as the Director of the Monfort Family Human Performance Research Laboratory at Colorado Mesa University. At the U.S. Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs, he was Recovery Center Leader, Head of Sport Biomechanics and Engineering, and Senior Physiologist. He has over 40 years experience in Olympic sports. This expert has served as an associate professor at the University of Utah’s Department of Exercise and Sport Science and Co-Director of the Motor Behavior Research Laboratory with adjunct appointments in Bioengineering and Physical Therapy. He was the Department Chair of Exercise Science & Sports Medicine at California Lutheran University and Director of the Human Performance Laboratory. Other positions include: Director of Research and Development for USA Gymnastics, Scientific Committee of the International Gymnastics Federation, and Chair of the United States Elite Coaches Association for Women’s Gymnastics. He has written 11 books, over 25 book chapters, received over $¼ million in grants and contracts, published over 300 articles on sport performance, over 35 professional awards. He is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine, certified as an Athlete Recovery Specialist, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Wilderness EMT, and has several certifications in emergency communications, emergency medicine, and search and rescue.

This highly-qualified expert has over 25 years of experience in the sports management field. He earned his BS in sports management from Guilford College and remains active in his field through relevant certifications, including in Sports Event Risk Management. He formerly served as an assistant football coach with Guilford College, a personal trainer at three fitness centers in North Carolina, and a strength and conditioning coach for the Greensboro Monarchs Hockey Club. Most recently, this expert was the owner of the East Coast Fitness Center and the president and owner of National AED Sales, LLC. He now is the owner and president of a sports management group in North Carolina, that specializes in risk management in the athletic and fitness industry. In this role, he performs safety audits on athletic and fitness facilities and has authored a number of safety manuals and training programs designed for athletic directors, health club owners and managers.
