This expert received his B.S in Psychology and his M.S. in Special Education and Mental Retardation, and a PhD in Special Education from Yeshiva University in 1980. In 2006 he was awarded a position as a Fulbright Senior Specialist and in 2007 was granted the NYU Distinguished Teaching Award. His research includes: special education instructional programming, shaping special education policy, preparation of teachers in special education, and integration of general and special education practices. He has contributed to numerous published works on teaching and special education, and has taught several special education centered study abroad courses.

This highly qualified educational expert is fully credentialed and certified in all areas of special education. Having earned his MS in special education from Hofstra University and his EdD from Columbia University Teacher's College, this expert has served as a classroom teacher and principal in schools designed to serve special populations as well as general education/mainstream environments. He has taught university classes designed to prepare prospective special education teachers. He belongs to a number of prestigious societies in the special education field, including his membership in the special education division of the Association of California School Administrators.

This highly qualified expert has over 40 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities as an administrator of health, education, and human services agencies. He earned his BS and MS in special education from Arkansas State University and a PhD in psychology and special education from St. Louis University. He is active in his field as a member of the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and has published 15 articles and presented across the nation on performance management for residential centers serving individuals with disabilities. He formerly served as the director of special education at multiple state hospitals and the CEO of a community-based residential program for persons with developmental disabilities. Currently, this expert is an associate professor at a university in Arizona.

This highly qualified expert has 40 years of experience in education with expertise in educational leadership, school policy, and administration. He received his MS in educational administration from Kean University and his PhD in educational leadership and organizational policy from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been certified by the New Jersey Department of Education as a teacher for special needs, superintendent, and principal. He is a member of several educational organizations, including the American School Counselor Association, the Association for Career and Technical Education, and the National Association of Secondary School Principals. He has previously served as the head of Village Charter School, director of special services for Bound Brook School District, and superintendent for the Bayshore Jointure Commission District. He currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at a university in New Jersey and a professor of education for a university in Pennsylvania.

This highly-qualified expert has extensive experience in the field of communication disorders, with much of her work centered around child language disorders, cognitive-communication disorders and their impact on criminal thinking and behavior, and special education advocacy. She received her BS in computer science and information systems from Shaw University before earning her MEd in communication disorders from North Carolina Central University and her PhD in communication sciences and disorders from Howard University. This expert is active in her field as a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association, the National Black Association of Speech-Language, and the National Partnership for Juvenile Services. She is also highly involved in research, having authored several peer-reviewed articles and lectured as an invited speaker at multiple conferences throughout her career. She has formerly served as a speech-language pathologist for multiple nursing facilities in the DC area and as an assistant professor at Richard Stockton University. Currently, this expert serves as a speech-language pathologist for her private practice and an assistant professor for a major university in DC.

This highly qualified expert has nearly two decades of experience in public school administration. She received her BA in education from Kean College before going on to complete her MA in curriculum and instruction and educational administration from Caldwell College. Finally, she received her PhD in educational leadership from NOVA Southeastern University. She is an active contributor to her field with a handful of presentations and publications. She is also a member of several organizations, including, AASA’s Personalized Learning Cohort, AASA’s Discover China Educational Exchange Program, and Learning Forward New Jersey. She is a certified school administrator, principal, supervisor, elementary school teacher, and teacher of social studies. She began her career as a teacher and administrator for Paterson Board of Education. She then went on to serve as an administrator for multiple school districts, including Plainfield Board of Education, South/Bound Brook Board of Education and Newark Public Schools. Currently, she serves as the director of educational programs and services for a child development center and the owner and CEO of a private consulting firm that provides speaking, coaching, and training services in New Jersey.
