Railroad Expert Witnesses in Tennessee

This expert holds a BSCE from the University of South Alabama, and is a licensed professional civil engineer in dozens of states. She is a member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way Association, and sits on the advisory board for the University of South Alabama Department of Civil Engineering. This expert has been in the civil engineering and design field for the last 23 years, and is currently the president/project manager/civil engineer at a top engineering firm in Alabama.

This qualified expert has over a decade of experience in his field. He received his BS in business administration with a concentration in management from Southwest Baptist University. He has held a multitude of roles in the railroad industry, including terminal trainmaster, director of administration, terminal manager and most recently superintendent of operations. This expert lead a team of over 300 train, yard, and engine employees to multiple extended human factor incident and injury free streaks. He is currently the ranch manager of a family-owned ranch in Missouri and consultant on railroad operations.

This expert has nearly a decade of experience in railroad operations and safety. He is a member of both the United Transportation Union and American Corporate Partners. Formerly, he served as a railway conductor and railway crew manager at BNSF Railway, as well as a regional safety manager at Rescar. He has also served as the senior manager of operations and vice president of railway operations at Railway Safety Consultants, LLC, where he led international railway operations in performance metrics, training standards, auditing, and government compliance. Currently, this expert is the chief operating officer at an international railway consultancy.
