He has been Board Certified in Surgery and Surgical Critical Care Medicine and is Certified in Life Care Planning and Mediation. He is a member of multiple Trauma and Surgical medical Associations and has 50+ Publications on Surgery Research. He is currently the Medical Team Manager for a Medical Task Force and the Medical Director and Owner of a Life Care Planning Firm.

She belongs to a number of prestigious societies in the space, including the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners and the Case Management Society of America. She currently owners her own Life Care Planning consultancy.
