This highly qualified expert currently serves as Director of Facilities at a major casino and hotel. He oversees the facilities maintenance department that is comprised of 100 team members that include 71 EVS attendants, 2 construction & development project managers, 2 waste water technicians, and 20 facilities team members. One of his major accomplishments includes designing, developing, and implementing a safety program for the facilities department. He is a member of the operations committee and the safety committee and served as Chairman for the fire prevention subcommittee. He has received awards for his performance as a facilities leader and he has served in a variety of facilities maintenance capacities.

This highly qualified expert earned her BA in Government & International Relations from Clark University and has been serving in facilities management for approximately 8 years. She has held various facilities management positions, starting as a facilities representative and working her way up to management. She formerly served as a Facilities Representative with Starbucks, a Facilities Coordinator with Expedia, and currently serves as a Facilities Manager at a major retail corporation. She has had extensive experience with and understands the process in determining how products should be maintained and she has specifically maintained motorized shades as they have been used in the facilities that she has managed.

This expert has almost 10 years of technical experience with traffic signals. He is a certified senior field technician and certified in work zone safety by the International Municipal Signal Association. He spent 8 years as a traffic signal technician at Siemens. In this role, he was responsible for maintaining multiple cities and counties traffic signals, installing and programming video detection cameras, conflict monitor testing, and signal turn-ons. His training in video detection cameras includes Iteris and Econolite brand cameras. He currently serves as a traffic signal technician for a traffic signal contracting firm. This firm is contracted by municipalities/public works departments to provide maintenance and repair services for traffic signals.

This expert attended Yakima Valley College and has numerous other college credits in various areas of study associated with transportation and highway maintenance. He has experience and extensive knowledge in Deicer Products, Specifications, Testing and Use, and The Design and Build of Liquid Deicer Manufacturing Systems. He also has experience and knowledge in equipment operations and the management of same.
