This highly qualified expert has over 25 years of experience in food service consulting with over 15 years of experience in foodservice distribution and operations management. He holds an A.A. in Foodservice Management from Iowa State University. A member of both the Foodservice Consultants Society International and the Construction Specifications Institute, he has published a book on food services operations and is a past President of the FCSI World-Wide Board. He also worked as Managing Director for a restaurant buying group that consisted of over 350 member restaurants. He currently works as President for a foodservice management consulting company.

This board certified ophthalmologist earned his MD at Baylor College of Medicine and completed fellowship training in both molecular ophthalmology and oculoplastic surgery. He is a member of numerous prestigious societies in the ophthalmology space, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Ophthalmalic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is currently an associate professor of oculoplastic, orbit, and oncology service in the department of ophthalmology and visual sciences at a top university medical center in the Midwest.

This highly qualified expert has her Associate of Science in Nursing from College of St. Mary's. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University and her Master of Science in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner from University Nebraska Medical Center. She is not only a nurse practitioner but also a certified bariatric nurse. She is currently a nurse practitioner in bariatric surgery as well as the bariatric surgery coordinator at a major medical center specializing in weight management. She is responsible for all the education to all bariatric surgery patients, staff in the hospital and surrounding communities in regards to bariatric surgery (or other weight management topics) and is the Leader of the Bariatric Surgery Staff.

This highly qualified expert is board certified in general surgery and critical care. She received her BA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, before going on to get her MD at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center- San Antonio. She completed a general surgery residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and then completed a research fellowship in the department of pediatric surgery at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. She then completed her clinical fellowship in critical care at Washington University. She is an active contributor to her field with numerous publications and several presentations and is a member of multiple organizations, including, the Society of Critical Care Medicine, the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma and the Association of Women Surgeons. She formerly served as a shift physician for Omaha EMS and currently serves as an professor in the department of general surgery, trauma, critical care and emergency surgery at a university in Nebraska. Clinically, she serves as the director of emergency general surgery, trauma and critical care at a university-affiliated medical center.

This expert has over 15 years of experience in the field of general surgery. She earned her BS and MD from the University of Iowa before completing an internship in general surgery at the University of Utah and a residency in general surgery at the University of Iowa. She is board certified in general surgery and active in her field as a member of the American College of Surgeons. She has formerly served as a surgeon at various hospitals across Iowa. This expert is currently the vice chair of the department of surgery, a faculty member in the trauma services department, and a member of the clinical faculty of general surgery at a medical center in Iowa.
