This qualified civil engineer has performed extensive design work for projects commissioned by the Department of Transportation, especially pertaining to the design and testing of highway guard rails. He has remained in practice as an engineer for more than a decade, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

This expert has almost 10 years of technical experience with traffic signals. He is a certified senior field technician and certified in work zone safety by the International Municipal Signal Association. He spent 8 years as a traffic signal technician at Siemens. In this role, he was responsible for maintaining multiple cities and counties traffic signals, installing and programming video detection cameras, conflict monitor testing, and signal turn-ons. His training in video detection cameras includes Iteris and Econolite brand cameras. He currently serves as a traffic signal technician for a traffic signal contracting firm. This firm is contracted by municipalities/public works departments to provide maintenance and repair services for traffic signals.

This highly qualified expert has years of experience in transportation safety and trucking accident reconstruction. He received his BA degree from Western Baptist College and received a journeyman certification from Consolidated Freightways. He is a former transportation safety specialist at Safety Solutions and at the Oregon Department of Transportation, where he was involved in numerous accident reconstruction projects. Currently, he is a transportation safety specialist and consultant with Transportation Specialties his own consulting firm in Oregon for over 15 years.

This qualified expert has nearly 30 years of experience in the trucking industry. He is a Smith System certified driver trainer, a certified forklift operator, a certified sUAS remote pilot, and a certified Bosch CDR technician. He is currently licensed as a Class AM commercial driver with tank endorsement. He has also completed courses in DOT compliance and safety and vehicle accident reconstruction. He has worked as a commercial driver for a multitude of companies, including Millar Trucking, Min-Tex Express, John Christner Trucking, and Knight Transportation. He also served as a driver trainer for Covenant Transport and Frozen Food Express and a lease operator for John Christner Trucking. This expert is currently the owner of a transportation consulting firm based in Texas.

This highly qualified expert is a certified director of safety with 8 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas industry in managing Department of Transportation compliance and HSE system as well as a comprehensive working knowledge of SH&E issues and governmental regulations. He received his BS in organizational leadership at Mountain State University before going on to complete his MA in business and organizational leadership at Webster University in St. Louis. He is a certified director of safety, advanced accident reconstructionist and aircraft crash investigator. He has previously served as a Texas state trooper for the Texas Department of Public Safety and currently serves in public safety as the director for the national investigative services division at an organization in Georgia specializing in homeland security. He has also previously served as safety director, manager and DOT compliance administrator for various organizations, including, Expedited Logistics and Freight Services, Hyperion Safety Services and Baker Hughes. Currently, he serves as manager for DOT and compliance at a transportation company in Texas.
