This experienced trucking expert has been trained in safety supervision and accident investigation by the American Trucking Association and the North American Transportation Management Institute. He is a certified Director of Safety and a certified Driver Trainer. He has held a number of transportation safety, training, and management positions throughout his career and has specialized in managing various types of truck drivers and fleets. He is currently the president/owner of his own trucking safety consulting firm.

This expert has been the President of his own heavy truck and equipment inspection and consulting firm for more than a decade. He specializes in functionality, safety, quality, and performance inspection reports for all types of construction equipment and commercial vehicles. Throughout his career, he has operated commercial vehicles and supervised the operation of these vehicles extensively. He belongs to a number of professional societies in the commercial vehicle, construction, and trucking industries.

This expert has 40+ years of experience in the trucking and logistics industry, with the bulk of his experience in fleet maintenance. He has consulted for actors in the logistics space and is comfortable working with attorneys. For two decades he served as the director of maintenance for what was at the time the country's fourth largest freight tucking company: A-P-A Trucking. Later in his career, his skills have contributed to the fleet operation and growth of several New York area food distributors.

This expert has been working with commercial vehicles for over 40 years. He has directed multiple freight trucking companies, and currently he runs his own transportation service company, offering consulting services as well as training for maintenance, operation, performance, safety, and regulations related to commercial vehicles. This expert has published numerous articles on commercial truck safety as well as training manuals. He is a frequently invited guest speaker at major automotive conferences and has presented on commercial truck safety, crashes and warning devices, and general brake tolerances and procedures. This expert is certified as an ASE Certified Medium/Heavy Truck Technician and as a defensive driving instructor by the National Safety Council. He has testified nationwide in State and Federal court.

This expert has 27+ years of experience in specialty vehicle engineering and design. Currently, he works as the Manager of the Vehicle Engineering Group for a large scientific advisory company. The expert earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and has authored multiple publications in his field. Previously, he was the Director of Engineering for Capacity Trucks and the Chassis Development Leader for Thor Motor Coach. He is also a member of the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association.

This expert has almost two decades of first-hand commercial driving experience. He has over 15 years of experience driving semi-trucks, boasting over 1.5 million miles accident-free. After receiving his AS from Shasta Junior College, he worked as a security guard for North State Security until beginning his career in the commercial driving industry as a bus driver for the Redding Area Bus Authority. He has served as a truck driver for companies such as Swift Transportation, Bettendorf Enterprises, Schneider National Carriers, and Giltner Trucking. He also served as a training engineer for Schneider National Carriers. Currently, this expert serves as a truck driver for a transportation firm based in Utah.

This expert has over 50 years of experience in commercial motor carrier and trucking industry. His work in the industry has focused on customary practices, standard of care, tractor-trailers, and compliance and safety training and practices for drivers, motor carriers, warehouses and forklifts. He received his certificate in traffic & transportation law & management from the University of Virginia and is active in his field as a member of the Association of Transportation Law Professionals and the Cardinal Criminal Justice Academy. He is certified by the Department of Transportation as a breath alcohol technician and factory authorized calibration technician, by OSHA as a train the trainer in forklift safety, and by FEMA through their emergency management institute. He previously served as the vice president of Russell Transfer, Inc., the senior vice president of Valley Transport Associates, and corporate secretary of Fleetmaster Express, Inc. This expert is currently the managing member of a transportation safety and compliance consultancy in Virginia.
