This highly qualified expert has extensive knowledge in commercial building codes, construction and carpentry. He holds close to two dozen certifications and has completed several courses through academic institutions like Texas A&M University. His notable certifications including Residential Building, Electrical and Plumbing Inspector, Hazardous Communication Standard and Accident Investigation. He is a member of the National Fire Protection Association and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Formerly he was a carpenter at Curtiss Renovation and Gilford Trim and Millwork. Currently, he is a consultant for three construction consulting firms in Virginia.

This qualified expert has over four decades of experience in architecture, with extensive experience in all aspects of the architectural profession including new construction, rehab projects, fire damage renovations, moisture problems, ADA accessibility, building code analysis and safety, and problem solving during construction. He received his BA in architecture from the NJ Institute of Technology, is a licensed architect, and is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified. He is active in his field as a member of the South Broad Street Association, Sustainable Business Network, and the American Institute of Architect. Formerly, he has worked as an architect design for Morris Aubrey Architects, CRS Sirrine, and 3D International. He then worked as an architect consultant for Daroff Design and a project architect consultant at A1-5 Architects. For nearly thirty years, he has worked as the senior project architect at his own firm in Pennsylvania where he works on both residential and commercial projects.
