This expert has been working in the retail automotive industry for over 40 years. He has been a contributing monthly columnist to an automotive dealer publication for nearly 20 years, while he is the co-author and co-presenter of an automotive management course. He has extensive hands-on experience in dealership sales, development, operations, and management, and he has been an invited speaker before the Brazil Auto Dealer Association, the South Africa Auto Dealer Association, the JD Power Super Roundtable, and multiple National Automobile Dealers Association meetings and events. A former General Manager at Superior Automotive Group, this expert managed a staff of 300 employees; he had complete management responsibilities of Superior Buick-Cadillac retail operations as well as management oversight of Nissan, Hyundai, Ford, Lexus, 2 used vehicle operations, and a collision center. Currently, this expert is the President and Principal of his own retail automotive industry consulting firm, providing professional management expertise and analytical services.

This qualified expert has over fifty years of experience in all aspects of the automotive industry. He received his AS in Business and Accounting from Mesa Community College and has completed further training in: the Ford Motor Company Night Course at Phoenix Union Technology, Automobile/ Automotive Mechanics Technology from Lincoln Technical Institute, Computer Vehicles and Fuel Injection from Rangs Training Center, Vision Training and AMI Management from the Automotive Service Association, and Transmissions from the Automatic Transmission Builders and Automatic Transmission Service Group. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician with L1 Advance Engine Performance, and has published an article in Transmission Digest about diagnosing shifting issues. Formerly, he was an owner technician at Auto Masters, the Lead Technician at Ark Automotive, and a diagnostician at Certified Transmission Independence. Currently, he is an instructor at a large automotive training company.
