He completed a neurology residency at Cornell University and completed a neurocritical care fellowship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University-Cornell University. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed manuscripts in some of the top academic journals such as Neurology, Stroke, and the Journal of the American Heart Association. In addition, he is currently funded by the NIH to perform research in stroke. He is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Heart Association, and the Neurocritical Care Society and serves as a reviewer for top journals including JACC, JAMA Neurology, Stroke, and Circulation. He is currently an Attending Neurology at a top academic hospital in New York City.
