As a Residence Case Manager for a major Cerebral Palsy corporation, this expert supervised staff at two residential locations and managed the cases for up to 12 consumers, preparing all program documentation for consumers based on Residential Habilitation Plans and Office for People With Developmental Disabilities regulations Currently, and since January 2010, this expert is a Director at United Cerebral Palsy, wherein she is the administrator of a 22-bed Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled. She supervises a staff of 75, which includes direct care workers, management, clinical, physicians, and nursing staff. She is responsible for the training of all staff, she develops policies and procedures for all systems, and she is also in charge of all Incident Management.

This well-credentialed expert is a licensed psychologist in New York and New Jersey, as well as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Adelphi University, his M.A. in Clinical Psychology, and his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After completing his Ph.D., the expert began his career working at the Catholic Charities foster care and group home agency in Brooklyn. He later directed a large mental health system in Oklahoma and then served as the Clinical Director of a large county mental health clinic upon returning to New York. The expert is active in New York and New Jersey as a forensic psychologist, providing testing and assessment of patients including psychological diagnosis, child abuse/neglect assessments, and alcohol/substance abuse assessments.

This qualified expert has extensive experience with residential treatment centers, group homes, and the administration of non-profit behavioral health organizations. He earned his BA from Brown University before earning his MEd in teaching and counseling methods from Newton College and his EdD from the Harvard University. This expert began his career as the director of the Full Circle School, an alternative school serving delinquents and the socially disadvantaged. He then was the assistant principal of the Groton-Dunstable Regional Secondary School before he joined Germaine Lawrence Incorporated, where he spent over 30 years. As the executive director of a non-profit residential school and treatment center for adolescent girls, this expert gained extensive experience in the field of special education and mental health services. Currently, he serves as a consultant with a private consulting group in Vermont.

This expert has been practicing for over 40 years and has experience in both hospital and ambulatory care settings. A Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist, she has been honored as a Fellow of both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. A Former President of the Greater New York Chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, she is a reviewer for the Journal of Pediatric Nursing, the Journal of Pediatric Health Care, as well as The American Journal for Nurse Practitioners. The recipient of awards such as Nurse Practitioner of the Year by the Nurse Practitioner Association of Long Island and the Nelms-Miller Editorial Award by the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, she is involved in research to improve the health care outcomes for children and has been awarded thousands of dollars in grants. Currently, this expert is a Clinical Professor at a major college of nursing, where she is also the Coordinator of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program and she practices as a pediatric nurse practitioner in a pediatric ambulatory care setting for at-risk infants, children, adolescents, and young adults as part of her faculty practice.
