Mr. Scott Holm, CBO, MEd

Mr. Scott F. Holm has 34 years of experience in Construction & Architecture with specialization in Building Codes. He earned his AAS in Building Inspection Technology from North Hennepin Community College, his BAS in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota College of Continuing & Professional Studies, and his M.Ed in Business and Industry Education from the University of Minnesota Duluth. This expert is a Certified Building Official and Building Inspector by the International Code Council, and is licensed as a Building Inspector in the state of Minnesota. Formerly, he held roles as Adjunct Faculty at North Hennepin Community College, Inver Hills Community College, Minnesota North College, and the Dunwoody College of Technology, and as a Construction Programs Coordinator at North Hennepin Community College. Currently, he is a Teaching Specialist at the University of Minnesota College of Continuing & Professional Studies, Faculty at Dakota County Technical College, and a Principal Consultant of Building and Structure Sciences at Braun Intertec Corporation.
