Mr. Nick Nicholas has owned his own real estate consultancy for over 35 years. He is a certified real estate broker, as well as general real estate appraiser in Texas. He is active in his field as a member of several associations, including the Texas Association of Realtors and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He has completed the Appraisal Institutes’ Real Estate Litigation Program, making him the first real estate appraiser in Dallas, and only the second in Texas, to do so. Currently, as the president of his own real estate consultancy, he is actively engaged in real estate investing, development, brokerage, litigation support, counseling and appraisal. This expert also teaches courses he has developed for the commercial real estate industry.
