Dr. J. Balzer, PhD

Dr. J. L. Balzer has specialized experience in Occupational Health and Safety. They earned their BS in Microbiology and MS in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles and their PhD in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley. Previously, they were a Manager at BHP-Utah International, Inc., an Assistant Vice Chancellor at the University of California, San Francisco, and an Industrial Hygienist and Engineering Specialist at the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, they are a Self-Employed Consulting Industrial Hygienist and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Francisco.
