Dr. Eric L. Nelson has 35 years of experience in the field of Criminology. He earned his BA in Psychology from California State University Northridge, his MA in Marital and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University, an MS in Forensic Sciences from National University, and a second MA in Sociology from the University of California Davis. He then went on to receive a Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of California Davis. He has previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice and Forensic Science at National University, and as a Police Officer for the Stockton Police Department. He is currently working as a Special Assignments Specialist in the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office.
