Dr. Scott Morris

Dr. Scott Morris in fluid mechanics, aerodynamics, propulsion, and turbomachinery has nearly two decades of experience within the larger fields of aerospace and mechanical engineering. He received his BS, MS, and PhD in mechanical engineering, as well as his MS in applied mathematics, all from Michigan State University. He is a member of professional organizations such as Measurement Science & Technology and Experiments in Fluids. He has been published more than 100 times, and he also holds two patents. Previously, he served as an assistant and associate professor of aerospace and mechanical engineering at the University of Notre Dame. Currently, he holds the positions of research director for the turbomachinery laboratory, the director of the institute for flow physics and control, and professor of aerospace and mechanical engineering, all at a university in IN.
