Dr. Marv Rudolph assisted in the development of many well-known brand name food products. Having earned his BS and PhD in Physical Chemistry from Drexel University, he has worked for major food suppliers including Pepsico, Colombo Yogurt, and Kellogg's, specifically working with Slim Fast® meal replacement beverages, Ragu® pasta sauces, and the popular candy, Pop Rocks®. For more than 15 years he worked with Arthur D. Little, Inc. where he served as Director of Food Product Development. A published author and holding several patents, he currently operates a food technology consultancy based in the Northeast.
