He served as the designated company witness for AT&T in asbestos litigation since 2009 and designated by the company as a witness in investigations by regulatory agencies in a variety of matters related to environment, health and safety compliance. He holds an MS in Environmental Studies from University of Lowell and is a board certified industrial hygienist, a certified hazardous materials manager, and a certified professional environmental health and safety auditor.
