This highly qualified expert is board certified in neurosurgery and has been practicing for 12+ years. He completed his residency training in neurosurgery at Penn State University and his fellowship training in pediatric neurosurgery at Birmingham Children's Hospital. He has a Master of Science in Public Health from Penn State Hershey Medical Center. He is a member of various professional associations, including the Pennsylvania Neurosurgical Society and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. He has maintained an ambitious research track record in pediatric and general neurosurgery for which he has been awarded highly coveted grants from private and NIH sources. Over consecutive years he has been awarded his institution's highest accolades for clinical and laboratory investigations. He has over 40 peer-reviewed publications, numerous book chapter contributions and a book on nerves and nerve injury. He currently an Assistant Professor of neurosurgery at a major university medical center and is an attending at two major US hospitals.
