Trauma Orthopedic Surgery Expert Witnesses in Maryland

This double board certified expert has been practicing for over 12 years. Fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, he has delivered more than 20 international, national, and regional research presentations. He serves as Associate Director of Sports Medicine at a teaching institution in Baltimore, MD, Head Team Orthopedist at a Division I university in Maryland, and Associate Orthopedic Team Physiciain for an NFL franchise.

This highly qualified expert obtained his MD from Johns Hopkins University. He then went on to complete his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a fellowship in Shoulder Surgery at Harvard at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of multiple professional organizations. This expert earned his MD at Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Orthopedic surgery at Ohio State University Medical Center and went on to complete a fellowship in Orthopedic Oncology at the University of Washington Medical Center. He specializes in musculoskeletal oncology and treats patients with soft-tissue masses and bone lesions. He provides treatment of advanced cancer; chondrosarcoma; Ewing sarcoma bone tumors; metastatic bone and soft-tissue cancer; osteosarcoma; pelvic, sacral, and extremity tumors; and soft-tissue sarcoma. He is experienced in complex total joint reconstruction and limb salvage. He currently serves as Assistant Professor at a major University in MD.

After completing his residency in general and orthopedic surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital, he went on to train under a prestigious fellowship in sports medicine at University of Miami. As a result, he is board certified in orthopedic surgery with a sub-specialty in sports medicine. He has held an impressive array of treating physician roles for several professional teams throughout the US including the Baltimore Orioles.
