He is a certified Master Stone Craftsman and an IICRC Instructor for Certified Marble and Stone Inspectors. He is a founding member of the International Association of Stone Restoration and Conservation, and a member of the Marble Institute of America. Currently, this expert is a director for the National Training Center for Stone & Masonry Trades and the founder/president of a marble and stone consulting company.

This expert has worked within the ceramic tile, stone, and terrazzo industries for more than 35 years and is a leading forensic consultant in the space. He has been certified as a Ceramic Tile Consultant through the Ceramic Tile Institute of America. This expert is a member of the industry standard committees ANSI, ASTM, ISO and a participant on the TCNA Handbook Committee. He worked for 17 years as an importer/distributor of ceramic tile and stone (marble, granite, etc), and worked for 7 years as a manufacturer of installation products and systems for these materials. He belongs to a number of prestigious societies in the field, including the Building Stone Institute and the Construction Specification Institute. Currently, this expert is the president and owner of a ceramic tile and stone consulting service.

This highly qualified, seasoned stone professional has over 30 years of experience in the stone industry. His skills include geology and stone identification, material sourcing, handling and transporting of fabricated stone, international business, OSHA compliance, business administration and management, as stone forensics. He received his BA from Syracuse University and is an accredited fabricator by the National Stone Institute. He is a member of the National Stone Institute. Currently, this expert serves as the president of an international supply company and the vice president and partner of a major NJ stone manufacturing company.
