Earning his MD from University of Ioannina Medical School in Greece with summa cum laude honors, he went on to serve as a Research Scholar at Northwestern University College of Medicine. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Brown University’s Rhode Island Hospital while his Rheumatology Fellowship took place at the Hospital for Special Surgery and New York Presbyterian/Cornell Campus.
