This expert was elected to the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences, and to the Washington State Academy of Sciences. He has published over 150 scientific articles and book chapters in the field of toxicology and risk assessment. He is the sole author of a widely used Law Review article titled on scientific judgment and toxic torts.
