She recently retired as Chief of Chemistry and Drug Metabolism, National Institute on Drug Abuse, National Institutes of Health. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at a major medical university. She consults with the US Department of Transportation, NMS Labs, and other diagnostic companies around the world. The journal Clinical Chemistry identified her as an inspiring mind.
