Fellowship trained in Pediatric Neurosurgery, he has been awarded the honor of Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. He then went on to complete his internship in General Surgery and residency in neurosurgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
