This expert has been working on and with seafaring vessels for over 40 years. He graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a B.S. in Nautical Science and Marine Transportation and holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master License. A retired Captain of the Untied States Navy, he served on numerous Navy warships and was the Head of Maritime Affairs for the Chief of Naval Operations during Operations Desert Storm. Throughout his career he commanded tankers, containerships, research vessels, and high-speed ferries. After retiring from the Navy he served in multiple positions in the private sector and was the Safety Manager for Norwegian Cruise Lines. In this position he was responsible for all safety related issues in the operation of 3 US Flag large passenger ships. He was responsible for training, documentation of Standards of Training Certification and Watch Keeping, and International Safety Management compliance for ships with 3,000 passengers and crews in excess of 900 per vessel. Currently, this expert is the Director of Maritime Relations at a leading provider of private maritime safety and security solutions, while he also serves as a Maritime Nautical Inspector for the second largest open ship registry in the world, conducting safety, International Safety Management, and Port Security Inspection audits. He is also a Visiting Professor and Deck Training Officer at a major maritime academy.

This highly qualified expert has extensive experience in litigation matters concerning employment issues. She has testified in at least 5 cases that went to a jury. She received a B.A. in Economics from Boston College summa cum laude and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School cum laude and was on the Law Review. Her experience as a litigator makes her a specialist in the workplace environment, and she has authored and lectured on various topics including sexual harassment, discrimination, workplace investigations, terminations, ADA, leaves of absence, and other workplace issues. She was also elected as a Fellow to the College of Labor and Employment Attorneys. Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, she has consulted for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She currently serves as the President for a human resource consulting firm where she has consulted various businesses and employers in various industries. She provides counsel and advice, conducts internal investigations, and conducts training. She also works with schools and universities in investigating sexual assault charges.

This experienced insurance expert has extensive background in claims management for personal, commercial, and specialty lines of business. He began his career as a Multi-Line Adjuster with Commercial Union Insurance Company and remained with the entity for 32+ years after it became CGU Insurance and OneBeacon Insurance Group through acquisitions. Most recently, the expert served as the Senior Vice President & Head of Claims for OneBeacon Insurance Company from 2006 until 2010 and then as the Senior Vice President of Runoff Claims from 2010 until 2012. He is now an insurance consultant.

This qualified expert earned his BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MD from Stanford University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Mt. Sinai Hospital and his fellowships in rheumatology and clinical immunology at Yale University School of Medicine. In addition to being board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology, this expert has extensive experience in clinical work, academia, and the pharmacy industry. Early in his career, he served as an Internist and Chief of Internal Medicine at Westchester Community Health Plan and Chief of Rheumatology at VAMC-Syracuse. He was a Professor at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in the Department of Pediatrics, Medicine, and Molecular Genetics and Microbiology. This expert was also the Medical Director of Immunology at Bristol-Myers Squibb's Pharmaceutical Research Institute, Vice President of NovoNordisk's Medical-Science Inflammation Department, and Vice President of Immunology and Rheumatology at Parexel International. Currently, he is a Clinical Professor at a medical school in New Jersey and is President of a firm that provides consultation services in immunology and rheumatology focusing on molecules in development.
