This expert has been working in the field of economics for over 40 years. A member of the National Association of Forensic Economists as well as the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, he has authored over 40 technical reports and book chapters and is extensively published in journals such as the "Journal of Business Valuation and Economic Loss Analysis". His background spans academic, corporate, and government positions. He taught Economics at Pennsylvania State University and Hartford University prior to holding several management positions with Aetna Life & Casualty, Inc. This highly qualified maritime safety expert has been captaining ships for more than 30 years. He is trained in all operations of maritime operations and safety and has instructed on ships and ship safety extensively. He currently owns his own maritime safety and transportation logistics consulting firm, where he conducts training in the class room, in ports, and aboard ships.

This expert has over 20 years of experience as a mariner. He received a B.S. in Marine Transportation from Texas A&M University and a M.S. in Marine Management from the Maine Maritime Academy as well as a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. In addition, he served on the United States Naval Reserve for over 20 years, eventually retiring as a Commander, and trained hundreds of cadets at the Texas Maritime Academy as Commandant of Cadets. Licensed as a United States Coast Guard Master Mariner of Any Gross Tons, he served as Master on the US Training Ship Texas Clipper II and on the United States Naval Ship Sirius for Operation Katrina Relief in New Orleans, foreign flag passenger ship doing cruises to nowhere and a US research ship. He currently serves as Senior Pilot at a major seaport with approximately 5,000 ship transits and serves as a lead Instructor for a maritime academy and has developed senior level courses for captains, senior officers, and pilots.

This expert has over 29 years of experience in airport management, operations, and development. He gained his MAS in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and his PhD in business administration with a specialization in aviation/aerospace management from Northcentral University. He is an accredited airport manager and has served as a Director of Aviation for the El Paso International Airport, Texas; Manager of the Operations Division, Washington National Airport, Washington, DC; Director of the Eastern Iowa Regional Airport, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and Manager of Smith-Reynolds Airport, Winston-Salem, NC. He was also an Assistant Professor of Aviation at Florida Memorial University and the Deputy Director of Aviation for the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. Currently he is an associate professor of aviation management at a university in Florida.

This qualified expert is board-certified by both the American Board of Preventive Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Preventive Medicine in preventive medicine and public health. He received his BS in biomedical science and his MPH in health care organizations and management from the University of South Florida before earning his DO from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He subsequently completed an internship in family medicine at North Shore University Hospital and a residency in preventive medicine with the Florida Department of Health at Palm Beach County. He is active in his field as a member and the secretary of the American Osteopathic College of Occupational and Preventive Medicine, as well as the author of a book aimed at preparing physicians for their preventive medicine and public health board exams. He formerly served as an urgent care physician for MD Now and a part-time faculty instructor at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Currently, this expert serves as the medical director for a healthcare solutions company and an urgent care physician for a hospital system in Florida.
