This Professor of Management and Human Resources earned his doctorate in sociology from Columbia University with a dissertation on the Confucian Ethic and the Spirit of Bureaucracy. Currently he is the President, a practicing attorney, and mediator at a global employment law and HR consulting firm. He has extensive experience with a variety of employment law matters including wrongful termination, wage and hour, class actions, breach of contract, discrimination, retaliation, workplace investigations and more. This expert has authored a number of articles in professional journal. He has authored a book and coauthored a book on lawful hiring and contracts. This expert is admitted to practice law in a number of states and has received a number of awards throughout his career. Thereafter, she took a position as a supervisory import specialist and course development instructor at the Federal Law and Enforcement Training Center in South Carolina. She currently works as an intermittent customs advisor for a federal treasury office while also owning and operating an international trade consulting company focused on training and workshops relating to import compliance.
