Forensic Toxicology Expert Witnesses in Georgia

This expert completed his PhD in Neuropharmacology in the UK and completed postgraduate work at the Tennessee University Center for the Health Sciences. He is board certified in Pain Management, Psychopharmacology, Substance Abuse and Disability Analysts. He is currently an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at a university in the southern US.

This medical toxicologist is a fellow of the American College of Medical Toxicology and an adjunct associate professor of Toxicology at a respected Florida college of public health. In addition to an MD obtained in Mexico, he earned his doctorate in Toxicology from the University of Minnesota, with a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Texas at Houston. She earned her BS in chemistry at the University of Georgia before completing her PhD in analytical chemistry at the University of Arizona. She then completed an MS in forensic toxicology at the University of Florida. She is board certified and a fellow in forensic toxicology by the American Board of Forensic Toxicology, a certified toxicological chemist by the National Registry of Certified Chemists, and a licensed clinical laboratory director in the state of Florida. She is very active in her field as a member of several professional societies including the Society of Forensic Toxicologist, the American Academy of Forensic Science, and the International Association of Forensic Toxicologists. In addition, this expert has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles. Formerly, this expert was a toxicologist level II and III for the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner Department. She is not the director of the toxicology laboratory at a medical examiner's office in Florida.

This qualified expert in criminology and controlled substances earned her BS in chemistry from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and her MS in forensic sciences from George Washington University. She is certified as a forensic alcohol analyst and a chemical analyst and is active in her field as a member of professional associations including the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors and the Association of Forensic Quality Assurance Managers. She formerly worked as a forensic scientist I and II at the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department and as a forensic lab director at the Wilmington Police Department. She is currently a consultant at a crime and controlled substances consultancy in NC.
