This highly qualified attorney has been studying legal ethics for over 40 years. He earned his BA cum laude from Carleton University, his LLB summa cum laude from the Université de Sherbrooke, and his LLM from Yale Law School. Additionally, he was Columbia University's Law and Economics Fellow in 1981. Before coming to the US and entering academia, he served as a law clerk for a member of Canada's Supreme Court. He also served for five years on Quebec's Human Rights Commission. He sits on the advisory boards of several other think tanks. Notably, he is co-author of two editions of West's Legal Ethics in a Nutshell and is sole author of two editions of West's Products Liability hornbook.

This expert received his BA from Cornell University, and his MD and PhD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute/Brentwood VA Medical Center. He is also a member of numerous academic societies including American Society of Addiction Medicine, American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry, Society of Biological Psychiatry, College of Problems of Drug Dependence and American Psychiatric Association. He has been highly prolific in his career with over 170 publications. He is a currently a Professor of Psychiatry at an academic medical center.

This highly qualified neonatologist has extensive experience in his field. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics with sub-certifications in neonatal and perinatal medicine. He received his BA in chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington, his MD from University of Louisville School of Medicine and his MA in bioethics from Medical College Wisconsin. After completing his residency in pediatrics at Carolinas Medical Center, this expert went on to complete a prestigious fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. He has written 8 publications related to topics in neonatology. He is a member of various professional societies and organizations, including the American Association of Pediatrics. Formerly, this expert has served as a neonatologist at Neonatal Intensive Care Experts and the medical director of Sproutlings Care Center. Currently, this expert is the medical director of a major KY healthcare organization and a neonatologist at a KY children's hospital.
