Disability Expert Witnesses in New Jersey

This expert has been practicing for over 30 years. She received her Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University of California, Berkeley and completed a fellowship in Epidemiology there as well. She has published over 80 peer-reviewed journal articles and sits on the Editorial Board of "Pediatric and Perinatal Research", the "American Journal of Public Health", "Pediatrics", "Annals of Internal Medicine", and "Autism Research". She is a member of the Scientific Review Committee for the National Institutes of Neurological Diseases and Stroke, the American Public Health Association, and the Society for Epidemiological Research, and is the recipient of awards such as TIME Magazine's Top Ten Parenting Finding of 2011. Currently, this expert is a Professor of Nursing at a major medical university, where she serves as the Chair of the Department of Biobehavioral Health Sciences, and Director of the Masters of Public Health Program as well. She is also the Director of a major center for autism and developmental disabilities research and epidemiology, which is one of six such centers funded by the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

This highly-qualified applied behavior analysis expert has 20 years of experience in her field, specializing in autism, developmental disabilities, and early intervention. She earned her BA in clinical psychology from Lock Haven University and her MA in applied behavior analysis from Penn State University. She is a board-certified behavior analyst and certified as a Competent Learner Model coach. This expert is active in her field as a member of the Association for Professional Behavior Analysis and as an author of several peer-reviewed publications. She formerly served as a behavior analyst for Keystone Human Services, a clinical adjunct of psychiatry at Penn State College of Medicine, and the clinical director, chief clinical officer, and CEO of Vista Autism Service & The Vista School. Currently, this expert owns a private practice and serves as an ABA business and clinical consultant.
