ADA Expert Witnesses

This qualified expert has over four decades of experience in architecture, with extensive experience in all aspects of the architectural profession including new construction, rehab projects, fire damage renovations, moisture problems, ADA accessibility, building code analysis and safety, and problem solving during construction. He received his BA in architecture from the NJ Institute of Technology, is a licensed architect, and is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified. He is active in his field as a member of the South Broad Street Association, Sustainable Business Network, and the American Institute of Architect. Formerly, he has worked as an architect design for Morris Aubrey Architects, CRS Sirrine, and 3D International. He then worked as an architect consultant for Daroff Design and a project architect consultant at A1-5 Architects. For nearly thirty years, he has worked as the senior project architect at his own firm in Pennsylvania where he works on both residential and commercial projects.

This qualified expert specializes in disability, autism, neurodiversity, disability policy, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the intersection of autism and disability with the law. She earned her BSBA in psychology, criminology, and law from the University of Florida before earning her JD from the University of Miami. She is a licensed attorney and is active in her field as an author of several publications about disability, autism, and accessibility. This expert formerly served as an associate attorney for Zumpano Patricios and is currently the owner of a consulting firm based in Florida and an adjunct professor at a university in Indiana.
