She holds expertise in health care quality and risk management, health care administration, and regulatory compliance. She has been a certified life care planner since 2010.

He received his BS in general science from Fort Hays State University before earning his MD from the University of Kansas. He then completed a pediatric residency and a pediatric critical care fellowship at the University of Texas. This expert is board-certified in pediatric critical care. He is active in his field as a member of several organizations, including the Society of Critical Care Medicine, the American Board of Pediatrics, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is also involved in research, having authored several peer-reviewed publications and presented at several conferences. He has formerly served as a pediatric critical care and sedation attending physician at Sunrise Children's Hospital and Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center, as well as an assistant professor of clinical and translational sciences at the University of Oklahoma.
