He started working as a Senior Partner and Director of Case & Company and furthered his career as the Vice President for Cresap's Food and Consumer Products Practice. This expert is recognized for creating the Integrated Buying and Inventory System (IBIS), a buying and inventory management computer system which combined turn, promotion and forward into a single order of purchase. He has presented for several national food organizations and is an active member of the Strategic Leadership Forum and Institute of Management Council among many others. He has extensive experience with supply chain, operations and strategy, serving as an advisor regarding modeling the costs of food service industries and manufacturing. Currently, he is the President and Founder of a general management consulting firm that focuses on the needs of the Food and Consumer Products Industry. His clientele includes Retailers, Wholesalers, Manufacturers and Distributors worldwide.

This human factors psychologist has nearly 30 years of experience as a safety analysis professional. She began her career as a Human Factors Psychologist with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), and she currently owns and operates a firm that examines the design, instructions and warnings of consumer products. She conducts training for manufacturers on issues such as anticipating product hazards, consumer behavior, motivation & perceptions, foreseeable interactions with consumer products, etc. She earned her B.A. from George Washington University and her Master's/Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the same institution. Her career has specialized in the safety of products regulated by the CPSC and the Food and Drug Administration. She is the recipient of numerous professional awards including the A.R. Lauer Safety Award from the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, and the Chairman's Commendation Award from CPSC.

This highly qualified engineer earned his BS and MS in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic State University. He went on to earn his PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He has over 10 years of experience conducting failure analysis for various products including biomedical devices. He formerly served as Principal Mechanical Engineer at COR Innovations, Inc., a biomedical device start-up. In this role, he was responsible for designing multiple functioning prototypes and designing and fabricating numerous electromechanical bench top apparatus' for materials testing and validation. He went on to serve as Senior Staff R&D Engineer at Abbott Vascular Structural Heart, where his primary role was serving as technical lead for improvements in their MitraClip device. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of a medical device company that is focused on treating vaginal atrophy in breast cancer survivors and post-menopausal women through a novel and hormone-free, energy based therapy.

This expert has over 25 years in electrical engineering and product development. He gained his MS and PhD in electrical engineering and systems from the University of Pennsylvania. After serving as an assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering at the Illinois Institute, he transitioned to industry and spent 13 years at Motorola Mobility developing wireless products. He ended his tenure as Motorola's vice president of product management and development. Currently he is developing products at a start-up in Massachusetts.
