This well-credentialed expert earned his B.S. in Pharmacy from Columbia University, an M.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa, and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Iowa. He has extensive experience in cosmetics development, including positions at Johnson & Johnson, Avon Products, and DeLaire Inc. From 1993 until 2001, the expert was the Senior Director of Research and Development for Gryphon Development / Bath & Body Works Inc. / Victoria Secret Beauty. In this position, he developed formulations for treatment products, cleansing products, and OTC drugs. The expert currently runs his own independent cosmetics development consultancy, through which he has worked with firms including Bath and Body Works, Unilever Latin America, Morning Glory Products, and many others.

This highly-qualified expert has over 50 years of experience as a chemical engineer specializing in flexible packaging and labeling materials and processes. He received his BS in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri before earning his MS in chemistry from the University of Delaware. He is active in his field as a board member of the Label Printing Industries of America and currently holds 40 patents internationally, with 15 of these patents filed in the United States. He has formerly served as a research engineer for the Olin Corporation, the chemical corps planning officer for the US Army, and a research engineer for E.I. duPont deNemours. This expert spent over 20 years working in the films division at Mobil Chemical Company in a variety of roles. Most notably, he served as a development engineer, the commercial development and new product development manager, and the new product identification manager of new business development and labeling materials. He also briefly served as the VP of operations and research at Scharr Industries. For the past 25 years, this expert has served as the founder and president of a labeling materials consulting company in New York.
