This expert is a board-certified, fellowship-trained head and neck oncologic surgeon. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from Harvard University and his medical degree from New York University where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA Medical Center and thereafter completed the NIH-accredited advanced training fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He maintains a very active adult surgical practice that includes a particular emphasis on salivary gland disorders, head and neck oncology (for benign and malignant neoplasms), thyroid and parathyroid disorders and image-guided endscopic sinus surgery for revision sinus surgery, nasal polyposis and benign neoplasms of the sinonasal cavity.

This highly qualified expert has been working in the field of audiology for over 40 years, specializing in hearing loss, tinnitus, hyperacusis and auditory processing disorders related to noise exposure, head injury, and whiplash. He earned his AA in communication at Los Angeles Harbor College before completing his BA in speech pathology and audiology at California State University. He then went on to earn an MA in audiology and hearing science at The Ohio State University and eventually gained his AuD at Central Michigan University. This expert is a board-certified in audiology, licensed in speech pathology and audiology, and certified as a tinnitus practitioner. He is very active in his field as a member of several professional societies including the California Academy of Audiology, the American Academy of Audiology, and the Hearing Education and Awareness for Rockers. He has held several positions throughout his career including director chief of audiology at the Artesis Medical Clinic, executive vice president of operations at Biogenesis Environmental Services, Inc., and president of research and development at Sound Acoustic Systems, Inc. In addition, he has served as a visiting professor of audiology at the California State University of Los Angeles. This expert is currently a clinical audiologist at an audiology and balance laboratory in California.
