This expert is a board-certified, fellowship-trained head and neck oncologic surgeon. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from Harvard University and his medical degree from New York University where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA Medical Center and thereafter completed the NIH-accredited advanced training fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He earned his AA in communication at Los Angeles Harbor College before completing his BA in speech pathology and audiology at California State University. He then went on to earn an MA in audiology and hearing science at The Ohio State University and eventually gained his AuD at Central Michigan University. This expert is a board-certified in audiology, licensed in speech pathology and audiology, and certified as a tinnitus practitioner. He is very active in his field as a member of several professional societies including the California Academy of Audiology, the American Academy of Audiology, and the Hearing Education and Awareness for Rockers.
