Aerospace Engineering Expert Witnesses in Illinois

This highly qualified expert is the founder and principal of a consultancy for technology and intellectual property investigation in electrical machines, electromagnetic devices, and their applications, particularly in the automotive, aerospace and transportation fields. He holds 49 US patents with 4 more applied for, and authored or co-authored twenty-two papers in referred journals. He is the recipient of ten Best Paper Awards, seven from the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS), and three from the Society of Automotive Engineers. This expert is also past President of the IEEE Industry Applications Society. This expert received a first degree in France from Ecole Suprieure d'Electricit and a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He then joined General Motors Research Laboratories, and, later on, Delphi Research Labs, when Delphi Corporation was spun off from General Motors. At both organizations he conducted research in automotive electro-mechanical systems. This expert has also served a Delphi's Advanced Powertrain Engineering organization as a group manager.

This double board-certified expert has over 30 years of experience in preventive medicine, specifically aerospace and occupational medicine. He received a M.D. from the University of Kansas and finished a fellowship in Space Medicine at NASA and the Johnson Space Center in Houston. A Senior FAA Medical Examiner, he has been elected as a Fellow to the American College of Preventive Medicine, the Aerospace Medical Association, and the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He is currently very active in academic and clinical positions. He serves as a Medical Consultant to various companies including a major airline. He holds professorships at three different medical universities where he teaches preventive medicine and also teaches aerospace medicine at a military school.
