Supermarket Customer Suffers Serious Shoulder Injury in Slip and Fall Accident

Case Overview

This case involves a slip and fall accident at a major grocery retailer in Florida that resulted in serious injuries. On the date of the incident in question, the plaintiff was shopping in the frozen foods section of the supermarket. At the same time, a worker from a company that the supermarket had contracted cleaning services from was finishing his work in cleaning the store. As a part of his cleaning duties, the man had removed a number of non-slip mats from a number of key locations from around the store.
