I have a great deal of knowledge and experience in the materials used / and the manufacturing methods used to fabricate scaffolding assemblies. I have spent my entire career in the industrial metallurgy space and have provided metallurgical and quality science consulting for a wide range of metalworking companies in the Midwest. I have served as an expert in numerous metallurgy cases and would be happy to review this case on behalf of the plaintiff. Please let me know how I may offer further assistance. This is a tragic case and it’s very unfortunate that this employee died due to the failure of the scaffolding.
