This whistleblowing case involves a human trafficking ring uncovered in the northwestern United States. It was alleged that the ring enslaved and forced more than 50 young girls and boys between the ages of 12 – 16 into prostitution over the course of 11 years. I have 10+ years of experience in human trafficking, asylum, and migration laws both nationally and internationally. I am currently an independent expert at a private asylum organization as well as an adjunct faculty member at a top university on the west coast. My focus is human trafficking. I hold a bachelor's degree in political science, a master's degree in human rights, and a Ph.D. in jurisprudence and social policy from a top university. I am certified in international conflict resolution, and I've published 10 articles on the topics of human trafficking, exploitation, and migration.
