This case involves a dispute over an estate. A wealthy couple died suddenly in a boating accident leaving their 4 children to inherit their estate. It was discovered that the will to the estate had been amended to exclude one of their daughters. The couple had an estranged relationship with the daughter in question but allegedly reconciled with her shortly before their death. An expert in forensic handwriting analysis was sought to review the documents involved in executing the amendment to the estate.
