Dr. Tasha Zemrus, MD

Dr. Tasha L. Zemrus has specialized experience in Forensic Pathology and Anatomic Pathology. They earned their BS in Kinesiology from the University of California, Los Angeles and their MD from Baylor College of Medicine. After completing their residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Baylor College of Medicine, they went on to complete a fellowship in Forensic Pathology at the Office of the Medical Examiner, County of Cook. Today, the expert holds certifications in Forensic Pathology and Anatomic Pathology. Previously, they were a Pathologist at Forensic Medical Management Services of Texas and a Consultant Forensic Examiner and Deputy Medical Examiner at Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office. Currently, they are a Deputy Chief Medical Examiner at Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office, an Assistant Professor at Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at Texas Christian University, and a Locums Tenens Pathologist at Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office.
