Dr. Renee Sorrentino, MD

Dr. Renee Marie Sorrentino has 18 years of experience in Forensic Psychiatry. She earned her BA in Neuroscience from Boston University and her MD from the Boston University School of Medicine. After completing her internship in Internal Medicine at Cambridge Hospital and residency in Adult Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital she went on to complete prestigious a fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Today, this expert is board certified in Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. Formerly, she held roles as an Attending Psychiatrist in the Inpatient Unit at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, as a Clinical Assistant of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital, and as the Director of Forensic Psychiatry at Lindemann Mental Health Center. Currently, she serves as an Associate Psychiatrist at Massachusetts General Hospital and as the Director of the Institution for Sexual Wellness. She is also a Forensic Psychiatric Expert Consultant at Park Dietz and Associates.
