Mr. Russell Pulver

Mr. Russell Pulver has decades of experience in labor and social security law. He received his BA and MA in US History from Tulane University as well as his JD. He is a member of the Texas State Bar, the American Bar Association and sits on the ABA's Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability Law committees. He has also published several papers and given presentations across the country on labor and employment. He spent several years as a captain in the US Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. He worked as a private attorney for nearly 20 years and then transitioned to the Social Security Administration as an administrative law judge. He served as an administrative law judge for the US Department of Labor for over a decade afterward. Currently, he is the principal at a mediation and arbitration private practice.
