Mr. Charles Rosoff, ASA, MRICS

Mr. Charles Rosoff, ASA, MRICS has nearly 40 years of experience in forensic appraisal and valuation. He earned his BA in art history from the University of Michigan and completed a certificate in appraisal studies from New York University. Today, he is a certified accredited senior appraiser and is an active member of several professional organizations, such as the American Society of Appraisers and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. This expert previously served as an adjunct instructor of appraisal research methods at New York University. He later served as an instructor in legal appraisal practice at the American Society of Appraisers and as an instructor of appraisal standards at the Appraisal Foundation. Currently, he is the president and senior appraiser at an appraisal firm in New York, where he has served for 35 years.
