Elena Paraskevas Thadani has over 20 years of experience in Investigations, Mediation, and Training. She earned her BA in English, Summa Cum Laude, from Fordham University and her JD from Fordham University School of Law. Ms. Paraskevas Thadani is a Private Investigator licensed by the New York Department of State and holds certifications as an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH) and a Certified New York State Mediator licensed in New York and Washington DC. She is also a Mental Health First Aider. Ms. Paraskevas Thadani's expertise includes conducting Workplace Investigations, Mediating Pre-Litigation Matters, and providing Executive Coaching in Professional Services. She serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Federal Bar Council.
