Dr. Carl Wigren, MA, MD

Dr. Carl W Wigren has 16 years of experience in Forensic and Anatomic Pathology. He earned his BA from Humboldt State University, his MA from the University of Washington, and his MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine. After completing his residency in Pathology at the University of Washington School of Medicine, he went on to complete fellowships in Forensic Pathology at the King County Medical Examiner's Office and the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office. Today, this expert is board certified in Anatomic and Forensic Pathology. Formerly, this expert served as a Visiting Forensic Pathologist at Auckland City Hospital and as a Contracted Pathologist at the Skagit County Coroner's Office. He currently serves as a Medical Staff Member at United General Hospital and Skagit Valley Hospital and as an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is also the Sole Provider of Autopsy Services for Kaiser Permanente Washington and the Owner of Wigren Forensic PLLC, where he also serves as a Consultant.
